How we worked#

Coordinated handoffs#

Every task had one owner and a clear place in the dependency chain, so work passed from one person to the next without overlap.

Balanced workload#

Responsibilities were split so that everyone owned part of the technical work and part of the documentation.

Unified documentation#

All reporting follows one structure, so both phases read as a single, consistent project.

Plan dashboards#

The task assignments, dependencies and progress for each phase were tracked in interactive dashboards.
